In order to give a complete royal touch, one could opt for thrones instead of normal chairs for the groom and bride to sit on the stage. The backdrop of the stage also needs to be decorated beautifully. Wedding stage decorations could include various beautiful fresh flowers. The wedding theme and the colors could be matching. The various colors of the flowers change and set the mood at wedding.Seasonal flowers could be used for wedding stage decorations. Traditional and ethnic props are also used for decorations.

However, in contrast to a chenda melam, panchavadyam uses different instruments (though ilathalam and kompu are common to both), is not related very closely to any temple ritual and, most importantly, permits a lot of personal improvisation while filling up the rhythmic beats on the timila, maddalam and idakka.d instrument.

Cinematic Dance
Cinematic Dance has become a popular form of entertainment though many feel they are subjected to an overdose of it. This dance form, which rules the roost in youth festivals and competitions, is many a youngster's choice, for it is a totally carefree dance, which does not stick to any rules and rigours. The body moves spontaneously and vigorously to the beat, celebrating the joy of youth. Its western style is another appealing factor.Seeing the immense popularity of cinematic dance one wonders whether it is here to stay.

Classical Dance
Indian classical dance is a relatively new umbrella term for various codified art forms rooted in Natya, the sacred Hindu musical theatre styles, whose theory can be traced back to the Natya Shastra of Bharata Muni.A dance style is classical to the extent it incorporates the Natya Shastra techniques. Some of the styles such as Kathak use very few elements found in Natya Shastra. Band Melam
Band is a group of two or more musicians who perform instrumental or vocal music. In each musical style different norms have developed for the sizes and composition of different ensembles, and for the repertoire of songs or musical works that these ensembles perform.A group of two musicians is called a duo, a group of three is a trio, a group of four a quartet, and a group of five a quintet. A musician who usually performs alone is usually termed a solo musician or solo artist. There are two distinct periods in the history of popular bands. Beginning in the mid-1920s, big bands, then typically consisting of 10–25 pieces, came to dominate popular music. At that time they usually played a form of jazz that involved very little improvisation, which included a string section with violins, which was dropped after the introduction of swing in 1935.
